ABT Lure Company is the provider and seller of products sold in this online shop and the terms and conditions defined below apply only to purchases made through this online shop.The products in this online shop are sold only to corporations and individuals of legal age.
Orders are placed online at www.abtlures.com. All orders are confirmed via email that contains all pertinent information including pricing, shipping charges and the products ordered.
Receiving the confirmation of order is contingent on including a valid email address upon confirming the order. ABT Lure Company reserves the right to cancel all orders submitted through this shop that do not contain a valid email address.

In case you do not have a valid email address, we invite you to contact us via the “Contact” form in the online shop.

By placing an order through this online shop you accept the current terms and conditions in this document. ABT Lure Company encourages clients to save a copy of these terms and conditions for their records.

All prices in this online shop are shown in dollars. All prices for products shown in the shop are without prices for shipping and handling. All shipping charges are applied to the complete order, and are shown in the total price of the final order.

ABT Lure Company reserves the right at any time and its sole discretion to alter prices of products and shipping and handling charges displayed in this online shop.

Order confirmation
Upon receiving a valid order through this online shop, IABT Lure Company submits an order confirmation via email, which includes:

• a reference number
• total price

Methods of payment
Products and their postage are paid in conjunction with the order. All payments in this online shop are made by using PayPal as a transaction gateway. Payments can be made by credit card (using credit card accepted by PayPal, e.g. VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) or through PayPal accounts.

In all payments PayPal acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and PayPal. The seller is liable to meet all the responsibilities related to the trade. PayPal is also the recipient of the payment.

Delivery times
Orders are processed and sent each weekday. Products are sent within 1-2 weeks from payment.

ABT Lure Company is not responsible for shipping delays.

Shipping method and shipping charges
All shipping charges are applied to the complete order, and are shown in the total price of the final order. Products are delivered in either standard package or maxi letter (envelope). Only packages can be tracked.

Replacements and returns
The customers have a 14-day right to a refund under the Consumer Protection Act. The right to return items only applies to unused and sellable products stored in their original packaging.

Include the following information in your return package:
• your reference number, name, postal address and phone number
• your bank transfer details
• and a copy of the order confirmation email

ABT Lure Company does not accept returns for orders older than 14 days. After your return is processed, your payment will be refunded.

Shipping issues and defective products
If a product is lost or damaged during shipping, or if the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, please notify allen@abtlures.com

Notification of a defective product or error in delivery must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package is defective, the customer must make a notice of reclamation to the postal service.
